A Beautiful Brass wind instrument, the Euphonium pictured is a nice quality musical instrument. This horn has 3 valves, plays in the key of B-flat, has one spit valve, and has independent adjustment of intonation for each valve, like any other red-blooded Baritone. Except that this fine piece of musical equipment is a Euphonium! Same key as the baritone, but one octave higher, and also an octave lower than the trumpet. The euphonium is often found in marching bands and parade organizations, but think about the counter-melody in the theme song from Hogan's Heroes. Yes, the Euphonium! This is a great wind instrument and perhaps not as common as others, this instrument is highly underrated and worthy of your consideration.
